Sarena

The Sarena is one of the two major rivers of the Fifth of Trees. It flows from its sources in the western mountains through the Edilyn Forest and into the Great Corthan Wood, where it terminates at Aina. It is navigable, and is a primary route between the village of Algan, the city of Satesarena, and Cortha.

Overview

It is the longest river of the Fifth of Trees, though the Heynan is much larger for the most part, and carries more than twice as much water overall. Like the other river, it terminates as a tributary to the Underground River via Aina. The river is the main contributor to the lake, supplying nearly all of its non-rain-sourced water.
